GI-Image™ is a modular image management system that accomplishes what no other system available can.  GI-Image sets the standard with high performance, compatibility, and compliance with imaging standards.

GI-Image™ gives you high performance with our crystal clear image capture and Tele-medicine capabilities.  Its RGBS video input gives you 400% greater bandwidth than other S-Video only products.  GI-Image™ is also the only product to support the digital firewire (IEEE-1394, direct digital to digital) connection to new  scopes with that ability.  Our built-in Tele-medicine capability allows you to audio-visually collaborate with other physicians within your center or around the world.

GI-Image™ gives you the compatibility you want with any endoscopic equipment (Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon, others),  and multi- standard format support.  GI-Image™ recognizes over 40 different file formats so you can import and export any image, from any source, including high res, static, scanned and full motion video.  GI-Image™ also includes a built in slide library maker.

GI-Image™ was the first and still the only endoscopic reporting system to fully support the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) Visible Light (VL) format standard, including Part 10 and DICOMDIR for removable media support, with true internet and intranet protocols.  DICOM VL has recently been adopted as a standard requirement by the ASGE and ESGE, for all medical software systems, since DICOM is necessary to store your patients image files with their medical text data.
